2.3 Physical Products

We offer printed materials, kits, and other tangible items designed to support seniors and their families.

3. Fees and Billing

All services, information products, and physical products are subject to fees as described at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

4. Refund Policy

Proteccion Vital maintains distinct refund rules for each category below. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4.1 Legal Services for Seniors

Custom legal consultations and representation services are non-refundable due to the dedicated time and resources allocated upon scheduling. However, appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty. To reschedule, please contact us prior to your appointment.

4.2 Information Products

If you purchase a digital guide or e-book and have not accessed more than 20% of its content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should be submitted to our team via our contact form.

4.3 Physical Products

You may return unused and unopened physical items within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

5. No Waiver of Rights

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.
